How to Apply?

Criteria:

1. You should have a minimum of 20 years of professional experience, out of which at least 10 years should be in the Power Sector. At least 3 of those years should be in senior management roles as of the date of this advertisement. For those with Public Sector experience, roles in or equivalent to BS-20 will be recognized as senior management experience.
2. Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. If you have a Master’s in Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Economics, or Finance or are a member of a recognized accounting body, you’ll have an edge.
3. Compensation is competitive and market-based.
4. Age limit: Below 60 years as of the application’s closing date.
5. If selected, you’ll be on a 3-year contract, extendable up to 65 years based on annual performance evaluations by the Board of Directors.
