1. Position:
Head of Digital Transformation (SVP / EVP)
- Reports to: Chief Digital Officer
- Qualifications: Graduation or above from an HEC-recognized institution. Preference for those with degrees in IT/Computer Science/Engineering. Certifications like Agile, DevOps, etc. are a plus.
- Experience: 12+ years, with 5 in finance, telecom, software, e-commerce, or fintech. Experience in big companies is a bonus.
- Skills: Great communication, budgeting, project planning, knowledge of project management methods and tools. Coding skills are a plus.
- Duties: Get leaders on board, improve employee experiences, introduce new methodologies, promote an Agile culture, improve client experience, and other tasks as given.
2. Position:
Head of Digital Channels and Payments (SVP / EVP)
- Reports to: Chief Digital Officer
- Qualifications: Graduation or higher from an HEC-recognized university. Preference for IT/Computer Science/Engineering degrees. Certifications in areas like Agile are beneficial.
- Experience: 12+ years, with 5 in sectors like finance, telecom, software, e-commerce, or fintech. Big company experience is a bonus.
- Skills: Excellent communication, budgeting, project planning, and experience with digital payment methods and tools.
- Duties: Oversee digital payments, find and introduce new channels, maintain financial goals, boost digital transactions, move regular banking online, and other tasks as given.
3. Position:
Head of Data Analytics & Insights (SVP / EVP)
- Reports to: Chief Digital Officer
- Qualifications: Graduation or more from an HEC-recognized institution. Preference for IT/Computer Science/Engineering degrees. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience: 12+ years, with 5 in sectors like finance, telecom, software, e-commerce, or fintech. Experience in large companies is beneficial.
- Skills: Experience with data management and strategy, budgeting, knowledge of big data tools, and project management tools.
- Duties: Develop strategies for data science, AI, and machine learning. Use these tools to help the business, manage data collection and protection, and more tasks as given.
