1. Sr. Project Quality Supervisor
- Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering.
- Experience: 15 years of inspection, including at least 7 years in supervision.
- Certifications:
- ASQ Quality Manager or similar.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or similar.
- Skills: Familiar with US Codes, construction, maintenance, and material testing. Knowing SAUDI ARAMCO standards and Schedule Q is a plus.
- Interview: Must pass a Saudi Aramco interview.
2. Quality Supervisors
- Education: Preferably a Bachelor’s in Engineering. But a 2-year technical diploma is acceptable if no engineering degree.
- Experience: 10 years of inspection, including at least 5 years in supervision.
- Certifications: ISO 9001 auditor or similar.
- Skills: Proficient in US Codes, construction, maintenance, and material testing.
3. Sr. Mechanical Inspector
- Education:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering with at least 6 years of Mechanical Plant Equipment Inspection in Petrochemical/Hydrocarbon facilities.
- OR a 2-year technical diploma with at least 12 years of the same experience.
- Certifications: Knowledgeable in codes like ANSI B 31.3, 31.4, 31.8, ASME, API, and AWS. Needs specific certifications like API 563, API 570, API 510, ASNT Level II in multiple areas, and AWS CWI or equivalent.
- Test: Pass a Saudi Aramco written exam or have internationally recognized certifications.
- Interview: Must pass a Saudi Aramco interview.
1. Sr. Electrical Inspector:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering with 6 years of Electrical inspection in Petrochemical/Hydrocarbon facilities.
- OR 2-year technical diploma with 12 years of similar experience.
- Skills: Knowledge of National Electric Code/NFPA 70, IEC, or equivalent. Knowledge in electrical installations for oil and gas/petrochemical industries.
- Certifications: NCPCCI, NFPA 70, or equivalent. Should also meet the requirements of the Instrument Society of America or the Institute of Measurement Control.
- Interview: Must pass a Saudi Aramco interview.
Inspectors (Coating, Welding, Mechanical, Communication, Electrical):
- Education:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering in the relevant field with 4 years of experience.
- OR 2-year technical diploma with 8 years of experience.
- Skills: Knowledge of international standards and quality systems.
- Certifications (Examples):
- Welding: AWS, CSWIP, ASNT Level II (various).
- Coating: BGAS/CSWIP or NACE.
- Mechanical: API (various), ASNT Level II (various).
- Electrical: NCPCCI, NFPA 70, etc.
- Communication: BICSI.
Inspectors (Civil, HVAC, Plumbing):
- Education:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering in the relevant field with 4 years of experience.
- OR 2-year technical diploma with 8 years of experience.
- Skills: Knowledge of international standards and quality systems.
Architecture & Interior Design Inspector:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering/Architecture with 6 years of Architectural and Interior Design inspection experience.
- OR 2-year technical diploma with 12 years of the same experience.
- Skills: Knowledge of ISO 9000, ASTM, IBC, GRCA. Familiar with ACI, AAMA, ANSI, BSI, etc.
- Interview: Must pass a Saudi Aramco interview.
